摘  要:目的分析超声与X线对胸部闭合伤中肋骨骨折的诊断价值,并探讨单独应用超声诊断胸部闭合伤中肋骨骨折的可行性。方法分析125例确诊肋骨骨折的胸部闭合伤患者的超声及X线结果,比较两者检出率,并对276例单独行超声检查的胸部闭合伤患者肋骨骨折的超声特点及随访结果进行分析。结果前组125例患者共164处骨折,超声检出161处,X线检出44处,两种检查方法间有显著统计学差异(P<0.05);后组276例患者初次检查均有阳性发现,随访未见新发部位疼痛及损伤。结论超声对胸部闭合伤患者肋骨骨折的诊断较X线有明显优势,对受伤部位明确的轻症外伤患者可单独选择超声并注意随诊。Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound and X-ray in diagnosis of rib fracture with closed chest injury,and to explore the feasibility of simply using ultrasound in diagnosis of rib fracture with closed chest injury.Methods Analyze the ultrasound and X-ray results of 125 cases in diagnosis of rib fracture with closed chest injury,compare the detection rate,and analyze the ultrasonic characteristics and the follow-up results of 276 cases in diagnosis of rib fracture with closed chest injury and simply using ultrasound.Results In comparative group(164fractures),ultrasound detected 161 fractures and X-ray detected 44.There are statistical differences between them(P〈0.05).The second group of 276 cases was all diagnosed positive by first ultrasonography,and there were no new emerging aches and fractures in a new location during the follow-up results.Conclusions Ultrasound has more dramatic advantages in diagnosis of rib fracture with closed chest injury than X-ray does,and mild injury cases with clear injury areas can simply select ultrasound and pay attention to the follow-up results.
