摘  要:随着国内特高压输电技术的发展,气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas-insulated switchgear,GIS)瞬态外壳电压(transient enclosure voltage,TEV)对人员和二次设备的安全越来越构成威胁,对TEV进行准确测量是十分必要的。文中针对特高压GIS的TEV测量需要,研制了电阻性阻抗分压器,通过仿真和实验研究该分压器的结构和参数对其阶跃响应的影响。仿真和实验结果表明当分压器高压臂电阻高压侧有均压套筒时,随着均压套筒长度增加,阶跃响应上升时间逐渐减小,当套筒长度超过一定长度后,继续增大套筒长度会使得阶跃响应的过冲迅速增加;当分压器高压电阻低压侧有屏蔽套筒时,由于对地电容的增加,分压器阶跃响应上升时间显著增大。文中研制的分压器电压上升时间约为3 ns,部分响应时间1.9 ns,过冲约为8.7%,实验表明其绝缘性能、刻度因数以及阶跃响应满足特高压GIS中TEV的测量需要。使用该测量系统已进行了TEV现场测量,测量结果稳定。Along with the development of ultra high voltage(UHV) transmission technology in China,transient enclosure voltage(TEV) generated in gas-insulated switchgear(GIS) may threaten the safety of staffs and secondary equipment, so accurate measurement of TEV is necessary. This paper develops a resistive impedance divider to measure the TEV in UHV GIS and the influences of structure and parameters to the square wave response of the divider are studied. The simulation and experiment result shows that, with grading sleeve installed on the high voltage side of resistor and increase of its length,the rise time of square wave response gradually decrease, but the overshoot will increase rapidly after the length of sleeve exceed a certain value. With shielding sleeve installed on the low voltage side of resistor,the rise time of square wave response increases signally due to the increase of capacitance to ground. In this paper, voltage rise time of the divider is about 3 ns, partial response time is 1.9 ns and overshoot is about 8.7%, experiments of the divider demonstrate that the electric insulating property, scale factor and square wave response of it satisfy the demand of TEV measurement in UHV GIS. This TEV measurement equipment has been used to carry out on-site TEV measurement in UHV AC test base, the measured results is stable.
