摘  要:针对传统的无源消弧线圈不能补偿配电网故障电流的有功分量和谐波分量,无法保证残流在规定范围之内,容易产生弧光接地过电压等问题,设计了一种基于双逆变器的新型中性点有源接地补偿系统。该系统由测控系统和补偿系统构成。在电网正常时,测控系统通过不对称电压法与恒频注入法综合计算得到接地故障电流的基波无功分量与有功分量;在电网发生单相接地后,检测流过中性点的故障电流,利用快速傅里叶算法提取出谐波分量,然后迅速投入补偿系统进行输出补偿。补偿系统主要由双逆变器构成,分别用于补偿接地故障电流中的基波分量、有功分量以及谐波分量,达到故障电流的全补偿、零残流的理想效果。计算机仿真与逆变器实验验证了以上设计的可行性和有效性。A new neutral active grounded compensation system based on dual inverters is developed to solve some problems existing in passive arc-suppression coils, for example, active component and harmonic of grounded fault current are not compensated so that residual current is not limited within the standard range, and arc grounding overvoltage is easy to occur. The system is composed of a measurement and control system and a compensation system. When the distribution network is in normal operation, the fundamental and active component of grounded fault current is to be measured and then calculated out through asymmetric voltage method and constant frequency injection method. When single-phase earthing fault occurs, zero-sequence current at neutral point is detected then its harmonic is calculated out. And the compensation system is quickly switched on to output compensation current. The compensation system is mainly composed of dual inverters, which are used to compensate fundamental, active component and harmonic of grounded fault current, so as to realize the full compensation and the zero residual current and to improve safety level of equipment and power supply reliability of distribution network. The computer simulations and inverter's tests on the system verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
