一次生产系统紧急停车事故分析

摘　　要：介绍了因生产系统原氯压力异常升高,仪表故障及应急处置不当引发的一次事故,分析事故原因是系统停车但氢气升压机回流调整不及时,给出相应的处理方案:改造数显箱数据采集模式,氢气升压系统增加紧急切断阀,保证氯气和氢气平衡。An accident caused by improper disposal and instrument fault when chlorine pressure of the production system abnormally increased was introduced. Causes of the accident were analyzed and found to be that the system shut down but back flow of hydrogen booster was not timely regulated. Solutions were proposed ： modifying data acquisition mode of digital display box, adding an emergency cut-off valve to hydrogen booster system, and ensuring balance of chlorine and hydrogen pressure.
