摘 要:在流场模拟计算的基础上,建立了RH真空精炼过程Al2O3夹杂物运动及去除模型。通过数学模拟计算,分析了RH精炼过程夹杂物运动规律,讨论了夹杂物尺寸、RH吹气量等对夹杂物去除的影响。研究结果表明:同一管径条件下,吹气量为1 400L/min时,夹杂物的总去除率最高为66.1%且最快去除时间为202s,是去除夹杂物的最优吹气量;同一吹气量条件下,下降管内径为700mm时,夹杂物的去除率最高,可达71.31%,夹杂物去除时间最短,为217s。Based on the flow field simulation, a model for simulating the Al2O3 inclusion movement and removal in RH refining process was established. Through the mathematical simulation calculation, the movement law of in- clusion in RH was analyzed. Moreover, the effects of inclusion size and air-blowing rate on the inclusion removal were discussed. The results show that under the conditions of the same pipe diameter, the highest removal rate and shortest removal time is 66.1% and 202 s respectively with the gas blowing rate 1400 L/min, which is also the optimal gas blowing rate. While under the conditions of the same air-blowing rate, the removal rate of inclusion in downcomer with 700 mm in diameter is the highest as 71.31% and the shortest inclusion removal time is 217 s.
