与公共媒介比照下的公益性媒体的范畴

摘　　要：公益性媒体与我们通常定性的公益事业完全不同,不能把公益媒体简单地归划于新闻的公益事业,因为所有媒体从新闻传播的社会责任和本身的社会功能上讲,都应该通过新闻传播服务于全社会。公益性媒体与公共媒体在传播责任和提供资讯服务方式上比较接近,在非营利取舍的态度上相对一致。从区分公共媒介与公益性媒体的不同媒介状态出发,我们应该更多地考察公益性媒体与公共媒体的差异性。The public welfare media is quite different from the public good as we usually characterize, and we can not simply deem that the public welfare media is equal to public good. Actually, they have the same features, which are relatively similar in taking responsibility of communication and adopting device of providing information. But from the point of different media status, we should observe the difference between the public welfare media and public media.
