摘 要:采用砂培的方式,研究了打顶后养分供应水平与叶片采收方式对烤烟体内钾素积累分配的影响。结果表明,钾素在烟株体内移动活跃,自然生长烟株的花序和打顶烟株的上部叶片作为活跃的生长点,是钾素优先分配部位。在低钾条件下,下部叶中贮存的钾素能够大量外运,以满足生长点对钾素的需要;分次采收烟株的下部叶由于离体,其内部固定有大量钾素,故保持较高的钾含量,但花序或上部叶对钾素的需求未得到满足,钾含量偏低;一次采收烟株的下部叶则能够始终充当钾源,有利于上部叶钾含量的提高。保持钾素的正常供应,能够促进烟株生长,增加钾素在烟株体内的积累。This paper investigated the influence of nutrition supply and harvest method on the accumulation and distribution of potassium in the sand culture of flue-cured tobacco after removal of apical bud. Results showed that potassium moved actively in tobacco, and potassium would first be assigned to the inflorescence and upper leaves of tobacco as they were active growing points. Under low supply of potassium, potassium storage in the lower leaves would flow outbound to meet the needs of growing point; the lower leaves harvested at different times contained a large amount of potassium while the inflorescence and upper leaves contained a low level of potassium and their demand for potassium was not satisfied; the lower leaves harvested at one time could act as a potassium library to increase the potassium concentration of upper leaves. It was suggested that maintaining regular supply of potassium can promote the growth of tobacco and increase the accumulation of potassium in tobacco.
