MPCNL联合钬激光治疗学龄前儿童肾结石的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对于学龄前肾结石患儿进行MPCNL联合钬激光取石手术的效果。方法选取我院2012年至2014年期间收治的45例学龄前肾结石患儿并分为两组,对照组22例进行开放式取石手术,研究组23例进行MPCNL联合钬激光手术取石,比较两组的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间、结石清除率、并发症发生率与患儿的满意程度。结果研究组的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的结石清除率和患儿的满意程度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于学龄前肾结石患儿进行MPCNL联合钬激光取石手术具有较高的成功率,手术创伤小,患儿术后恢复快,满意度高,且无严重的并发症发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of MPCNL combined with holmium laser for stone removal in the treatment of preschool children with renal calculi. Methods Forty-five cases of preschool children with renal calculi admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected and divided into two groups. 22 cases of control group received open stone removal surgery, while 23 cases of study group received MPCNL combined with holmium laser for stone removal. The operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay, stone clearance rate, incidence of complications, and children＇s satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay, and incidence of complications of study group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. The stone clearance rate and children＇s satisfaction degree of study group were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of MPCNL combined with holmium laser for stone removal in the treatment of preschool children with renal calculi is significant, with high success rate, small surgical trauma, fast postoperative recovery, high satisfaction degree, and no serious complications.
