预防性保护策略在ICU失禁性皮炎中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察预防性保护策略在ICU失禁性皮炎中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院ICU 200例患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例,对照组给予常规护理方式,治疗组给予预防性保护策略,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果治疗组的失禁性皮炎发生率显著低于对照组,失禁性皮炎的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性保护策略可以预防和降低ICU失禁性皮炎的发生率,治疗效果好,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the application effect of preventive protection strategy on the incontinence-associated dermatitis in ICU. Methods A total of 200 cases of ICU patients were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the treatment group received preventive protection strategy. The nursing effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence rate of incontinence-associated dermatitis of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the cure rate of incontinence-associated dermatitis was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Preventive protection strategy can prevent and reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in ICU, and has good clinical effect.
