摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤加味治疗创伤后下肢慢性溃疡的疗效。方法治疗组采用补阳还五汤加味口服,对照组采用通塞脉片口服。结果治疗组有效率、痊愈率为96.67%,40.00%,明显优于对照组的76.67%,16.67%。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗创伤后下肢慢性溃疡效果较好,有一定的推广价值。Objective To observe the repair Yang also five tonga taste curative effect for the treatment of lower limb ulcer after trauma. Methods The treatment group USES the Yang also five tonga taste of oral, control group using pulse piece of oral tong plug. Results The treatment group effectlveness,cure rate was 96.67% ,96.67% ,obviously better than the control group were 76.67%, 16.67%.Conclusion fill Yang also five tonga taste after the treatment of traumatic lower limb ulcer has a certain use value.
