摘　　要：我国的大型企业集团与国外同类大型企业集团差距是巨大的。笔者详细地阐述了弥补差距的方法、途径以及今后采取的对策。同时笔者也强调国家的强大，是以经济实力作为后盾的。This papre shows great disparities between large enterprise groups in our country and the same type in foreign countries through contrast of tabulation. The author espounds the methods, ways of making up for the disparities and countermeasures to be taken, The author also emphasizes that the powerfulness of a country bases on its economic strength.
