摘 要:基于准时制生产方式(JIT)环境,针对由一个供应商与多个具有确定性不等需求的采购方所构成的供应链,以采购和供货成本最小化为目标函数建立了采供双方的成本模型,分别对采购方采购批量缩小倍数处于两种不同区间的情况进行了研究。结果表明,当此倍数处于0至临界值(使JIT采购成本等于传统采购成本的值)之间时,JIT采购总成本大于传统采购总成本,采供双方不具有选择JIT模式积极性,但通过采购方联合采购策略,可使JIT采购供货总成本小于传统采购供货总成本,进而可以促使采供双方选择JIT模式。然后对如何选择所需的联合采购方进行了分析并给出了相应的策略。最后通过数值算例证实了以上结论。Based on just in time (JIT) environment, and aiming at a supply chain consist of a supplier and multiple purchasers who had deterministic various demands, procurement and supply cost minimization was used as objective function and a cost mode for both purchasers and suppliers was established. And buyers purchasing batch mummification in two different intervals has been respectively studied. Results showed that when this ratio was between zero and a critical value (enable JIT procurement cost be equal to the traditional procurement cost value), JIT purchasing total cost was more than traditional purchasing total cost, so that neither side had the enthusiasm for the JIT mode selection. But joint procurement strategies could make JIT purchasing and supplying total cost less than the traditional one, and then could also make both sides select JIT mode. Then the analysis of how to select the required joint purchaser and the corresponding strategies were given. Finally, the above conclusions were verified by numerical examples.
