摘  要:目的:建立海人藻酸(KA)大鼠癫痫模型,研究癫痫清颗粒对KA大鼠海马内谷氨酸(Glu)含量的影响和探讨其对学习记忆能力的影响。方法:应用脑立体定位仪,在大鼠单侧海马CA3区注射KA,选取造模成功大鼠连续口服给药28 d,观察其学习记忆能力的改变及海马内氨基酸递质含量变化。结果:癫痫清颗粒能有效地改善KA大鼠的学习记忆能力,减少海马内Glu含量。结论:癫痫清颗粒能降低KA大鼠脑内Glu的含量,保护神经元不受Glu的损害,从而减慢了神经元的凋亡,提高了癫痫大鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective: To establish the kainic acid model and research the effect of Dianxianqing Granules on the content of Gluand learningand memory ability in the brain of KA rats. Method: Using the stereotaxic apparatus,KA was injected into the unilateral hippocampus CA3 of rats. The successful rats models were selected and given oral medication with28 days. We observed the changes of the ability of learning and memory and the content of Glu. Results: Dianxianqing Granules can effectively improve the ability of learning and memory of KA rats and reduce the content of Glu in hippocampus. Conclusion: Dianxianqing Granules can reduce the content of Glu in the brain of KA rats and protect neuron from the Glu,and thus slowing the apoptosis of neuron and enhancingthe ability of learning and memory of KA rats.
