摘 要:采用人肠内菌转化模型和LPS诱导RAW 264.7细胞建立的炎症细胞模型研究了金莲花总提取物人肠内菌转化前后对巨噬细胞NO、IL-6和TNF-α释放量的影响。结果表明,金莲花总提取物及总提取物肠内菌转化产物都可抑制LPS诱导的巨噬细胞释放NO、IL-6和TNF-α,且总提取物肠内菌转化产物的抑制作用强于金莲花总提取物,说明二者都有明显的抗炎活性,肠内菌转化后总提取物的抗炎活性稍好于肠内菌转化前。The influences of the extract from the flowers of Trollius chinensis before and after intestinal bacterial transformation on the release of NO,IL- 6 and TNF- α were studied using the human intestinal bacterial transformation model and the in vitro inflammation model of RAW 264. 7 cells induced by LPS. The results showed that both the extract from the flowers of T. chinensis and its intestinal bacterial transformation products inhibited the release of NO,IL- 6 and TNF- α from RAW 264. 7 cells induced by LPS,and the latter exhibited a stronger inhibitory effect than the former. It can be concluded that the extract from the flowers of T. chinensis has a significant anti- inflammatory activity before and after intestinal bacterial transformation,and the activity of the extract after transformation is superior to that before transformation.
