摘  要:目的:应用激光散斑成像技术观察补肾活血中药对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏皮层血流值的影响。方法:将高糖高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠20只,按血糖分为模型组和治疗组,每组10只,分别予生理盐水(10 m L/kg)、补肾活血中药煎剂(6.7 m L/kg),另取10只正常大鼠为正常组(生理盐水10 m L/kg)。连续灌胃8周后,观察各组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值。结果:模型组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(338.55±28.55)明显高于正常组(239.27±33.27)(P<0.01);补肾活血中药组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(247.63±11.49)明显低于模型组(338.55±28.55)(P<0.01);补肾活血中药组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(247.63±11.49)较正常组(239.27±33.27)比较没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的早期表现可能为肾脏皮层血流值增加,补肾活血中药能降低实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏皮层血流值,其防治糖尿病肾病的机制可能与降低肾脏皮层血流值从而改善肾脏微循环有关。Objective: To observe the effects of strengthening kidney and promoting circulation formula on renal hemodynamic by laser speckle imaging technique. Methods: Twenty experimental diabetes rats were induced by high sugar and high fat diet with Streptozotocin( STZ). According to glucose,we divided them into two groups. One group was model group. The other group was treatment group. Each group had ten rats. The model group was given 10 mg / kg normal saline. The treatment group was given 6. 7 m L / kg TCM decoction. Two groups had effect on strengthening kidney and promoting circulation for 8 weeks. Ten normal rats were chosen as the normal group( 10 mg / kg normal saline). The normal rats' renal cortex blood flow decreased at the end of 8th week. Results: In model group,the value of the rats' kidney cortex blood flow value( 338. 55 ± 28. 55) was significantly higher than the normal group's( 258. 93 ± 31. 52)( P〈0. 01).The treatment group's kidney cortex blood flow value( 247. 63 ± 11. 49) was significantly lower than the model group's( 338. 55 ± 28. 55)( P〈0. 01). Rats' kidney cortex blood flow value was( 247. 63 ± 11. 49) in traditional medicine group. Compared with the normal group's( 258. 93 ± 31. 52),there was no differences( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The early manifestation of experimental diabetic rats' kidney damage may increase kidney cortex blood flow values. Traditional energizing blood medicine can reduce kidney cortex blood flow values of diabetes. Treatment of diabetic nephropathy may be related to reducing renal cortical blood flow values. It can improve renal microcirculation.
