摘 要:为了解决聚酯纤维碱减量耗碱量多、耗能大的问题,将载体苯甲醇应用于聚酯碱减量处理,研究了促进剂用量、苯甲醇用量、Na OH用量、减量温度和时间对聚酯碱减量效果的影响,测试了聚酯织物处理后的强力和SEM。结果显示:Na OH 2.5 g/L、CTAB 4×10^(-4)mol/L、苯甲醇20 m L/L、98℃保温60 min时聚酯纤维的减量率为17.1%;Na OH 10 g/L、CTAB 0.5×10^(-4)mol/L、苯甲醇20m L/L、98℃保温60 min时聚酯纤维的减量率为12.4%;Na OH 5 g/L、CTAB 4×10^(-4)mol/L、苯甲醇20 m L/L、80℃保温60 min时聚酯纤维的减量率为10.6%。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)发现,经过碱减量处理后纤维表面被"剥蚀",通过强力测试发现,织物的强力损失受减量率的影响较大。In order to solve the problems of high amount of alkali and large energy consumption during alkali deweighting of polyester fabric, the carrier benzyl alcohol was applied to alkali deweighting treatment. The effects of dosage of accelerant, benzyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide, alkaline deweighting temperature and time on weight loss of polyester fabirc were studied. The strength and SEM of treated fabrics were also tested. The results showed that when sodium hydroxide 2.5 g/L, accelerant CTAB 4×10^(-4)mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 m L/L, alkaline deweighting at 98 ℃ for 60 min, the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was 17.1%; sodium hydroxide 10 g/L, CTAB 0.5×10^(-4)mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 m L/L, alkaline deweighting at 98 ℃ for 60 min,the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was 12.4%; sodium hydroxide 5 g/L, CTAB 4×10^(-4)mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 m L/L, alkaline deweighting at 80 ℃ for 60 min, the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was10.6%. Through observing surface appearance of polyester fibers with SEM, it was found "chemical denudation" phenomenon occurred on the surface of the fibers, and the strength loss mainly depended on the weight reduction rate of the fabrics.
