摘  要:三国时期,是中华民族人才荟萃的时期,也是各个英雄争揽人才、应用人才的时期。曹操作为这一时期的政治家、军事家,善于用人,任人为贤,提出了“唯才是举”的用人政策,不拘一格地任用人才。这一用人政策,是曹魏统治集团建立与巩固的重要因素之一。The Three Kingdoms Period saw the galaxy of talent, and each founder's collecting and making full use of the gifted eagerly. As a statesman and strategist, Cao Cao did well in making use of talent, and appointed people on their merits. Also, he advocated the personnel policy of 'only using the talented' and assigned, not stick to one pattern, the gifted to a post. This policy was one of the significant factors on which the establishing and strenghthening of the State of Wei depended.
