摘　　要：本文针对VM-7衰减校准系统量程小,难以满足大衰减量计量需求的问题,提出了利用射频替代法拓宽VM-7衰减校准系统测量量程的方案,详细介绍了量程拓展实现过程及原理,经实测数据验证该方案可行,能够为大衰减量的计量测试提供有效解决手段。VM-7 is a high precision attenuator measuring instrument with range less than 90 d B. To meet attenuator＇s wider calibrating range requirement, a new method using RF substitution on VM-7 is brought forward in this paper. Basing on the microwave fundamental and VM-7 construction principle, analysis and research are introduced. System composition principle, implementation process and uncertainty analysis of measurement data is also described here. The actual test proves that it is a feasible solution to fulfi ll the high value attenuator＇s calibration.
