高黏度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高黏度骨水泥治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月—2015年1月应用高黏度骨水泥治疗55例老年OVCF患者(63个椎体)的临床资料。结果手术过程中出现3例患者不同程度的骨水泥渗漏并发症,均未出现脊髓及神经根压迫症状。所有患者均得到临床随访,症状缓解,未见伤椎再骨折等并发症发生。术后和末次随访时椎体高度、后凸Cobb角、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较术前好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后2 d与末次随访时对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高黏度骨水泥较传统经皮椎体成形术(PVP)具有便于临床操作,定向可控注射等优势,治疗老年OVCF疗效满意。Objective To investigate the confidence vertebral body bone cement with high viscosity forming system treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures（osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF）of clinical efficacy. Methods Retrospective analysis ofour hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 used Confidence high viscosity bone cement（Israel DISC-O-Tech medical technology company）and vertebral body treatment of 55 patients with senile OVCF forming system,the clinical data of 63 vertebral body. Results 3 patients（5.5%）appeared in the process of surgery vertebral body bone cement leakage of different level,including 1 case of vertebral body leakage to the intervertebral disc,2cases of vertebral body leakage to vertebral side soft tissue,no spinal cord and nerve root compression symptoms,did not deal with it. After and before the injury at the time of the last follow-up vertebral column convex Cobb Angle,vertebral body height,after visual analogue scale（VAS）were compared with preoperative improving,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,postoperative 2 d there was no statistically significant difference compared with at the time of the last follow-up（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Confidence vertebralbody bone cement with high viscosity forming system than traditional PVP has convenient for clinical operation,less leakage of vertebral body,directional control advantages,such as injection,doctor ray exposure quantity is little for the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures curative effect is satisfied.
