摘  要:目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)儿童呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)检测的临床意义。方法选取2014年—2015年我院儿科呼吸专科门诊确诊的154例CVA患者及49例健康儿童进行Fe NO测定。结果154例咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童Fe NO浓度为(24.12±14.47)ppb,健康组儿童为(16.35±12.01)ppb,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CVA儿童Fe NO浓度明显高于健康儿童,Fe NO浓度测定可作为临床检测气道炎症水平及观察治疗效果的一项辅助指标,方便、安全、实用。Objective To observe the concentration of the exhaled nitric oxide(Fe No)of the cough variant asthma(CVA)children patients. Methods To measure the Fe No of the 154 cases of children patients diagnosed with CVA by our respiration department from 2014-2015 and 49 cases of health children. Results The Fe NO concentration of 154 cases of children with CVA is 24.12±14.47 ppb,while the number is 16.35±12.01 ppb for the healthy children(P〈0.05).So there is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The Fe NO concentration of children with CVA is obviously higher than the one of healthy children. So the Fe NO concentration test can be taken as an assistant index for clinical testing ofthe airway inflammation levels as wellas treatment results. This method is convenient,safe and practical.
