成人线状苔藓7例临床及组织病理分析

摘　　要：目的分析7例成人线状苔藓的临床及组织病理特点。方法采用回顾性分析对7例成人线状苔藓的临床及组织病理资料进行分析。结果 7例患者中男1例,女6例,平均年龄39.1岁（20~61岁）。皮损位于躯干及颈部者5例,四肢者2例;左侧4例,右侧3例。临床上主要表现为沿Blaschko线分布的肤色或淡红色鳞屑性丘疹,部分有色素沉着;组织病理上局灶性或苔藓样界面皮炎及附属器周围淋巴细胞浸润具有特征性,是重要的诊断线索。结论成人线状苔藓临床上少见,临床表现结合组织病理检查是诊断的关键。Objective To evaluate the clinical and histopathological characteristics of lichen striatus in adults. Methods A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of lichen striatus in adults was carried out. Results The mean age of the cases（1male and 6 female） was 39.1years（ranging from 20 to 61years）. Five patients had lesions on the trunk and neck, 2 on the extremities. All lesions located on the left in 4 cases, right in 3 cases. Clinically, lichen striatus presented with erythematous or brownish papules with a flattened surface that were frequently scaly in appearance and formed a linear distribution following Blaschko＇s lines, sometimes accompanied by pigmentation. Pathologically, almost all the sections showed focal interface dermatitis or lichenoid patterns at the dermal-epidermal junction with lymphocytic infiltrate around either eccrine glands or hair follicles. Conclusion Lichen striatus in adults is rare in practice. Comprehensive analysis of the clinical manifestations and histopathological changes is the key of making a correct diagnosis.
