摘　　要：目的从整合医学角度出发,以个体化治疗为基础,探讨慢性便秘综合诊治团队对慢性便秘的干预治疗作用,为慢性便秘的治疗提供新思路。方法选择2013年4月-2014年4月在本院就诊的慢性便秘患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组各60例,对照组实施患者自主就诊,给予泻药的治疗模式管理半年;干预组进行个体化综合干预治疗,除给予泻药外,辅助以饮食改变、心理指导、运动锻炼、康复指导等干预方式,并随访强化管理,以该模式管理半年。结果 2组患者治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经3-6个月综合治疗后干预组患者每周排便次数较对照组提高明显,在大便性状评分和排便困难程度评分方面均较对照组明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论慢性便秘综合诊治团队能针对每个患者制定长期的个体化方案,提高诊治效率和疗效。Objective To determine the effect of intervention on the treatment of chronic constipation by comprehensive diagnosis to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic constipation. Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic constipation treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were chosen, and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group（each group 60 patients）. The control group were under independent treatment and given laxative treatment for half a year, while the intervention group were under individualized comprehensive intervention. Besides the laxatives, dietary changes, psychological guidance, exercise and training, and rehabilitation guidance should also be combined. The intervention group followed this mode of management for half a year. Results The difference in the treatment effect of the 2 groups was significant（P〈 0.05）. After 3 to 6 months of comprehensive treatment, the times of defecation per week in the intervention group was more than that in the control group, and the difficulty in defecation was distinctively improved compared with the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation can provide long-term individual plan for each patient and improve the efficiency of diagnosis and effect of treatment.
