摘　　要："一带一路"是中国与沿线国家共同推进经济合作发展、共商共建、利益共享的重大国家战略。"一带一路"自提出以来,正由战略构想阶段逐渐步入务实阶段,成为中国当前及今后一段时期内最为重要的国家战略和实现区域性大国向全球性大国转变的重要路径。"一带一路"可以自由贸易区为载体,充分发挥中国在自贸区建设以及区域各领域合作等方面已有的优势,加快自由贸易区建设,进而推动"一带一路"战略实施,二者互相协作,形成全方位的中国对外开放格局。＂One Belt And One Road＂ is a major national strategy that China and regional countries along the route work together to promote economic cooperation and development, joint construction and interests sharing. Since it has been put forward by the strategic concept stage gradually into the practical stage, it becomes the most important national strategy and the important path that China can shift from the regional power to the global power in the current and future period. The free trade zones can be carriers of ＂One Belt And One Road＂, giving full play to our advantages in terms of the existing free trade zones and regional cooperation in various fields, accelerating the free trade zones, thus promoting ＂One Belt And One Road＂ strategy, and eventually making the formation of a full range of Chinese opening-up pattern.
