摘　　要：在"十三五"时期,河南构建现代综合交通运输体系打造区域物流中心面临着交通体系不完善、物流水平低、交通与物流不尽协调等历史现实约束。为了解决现实困境顺利实现区域物流中心的构建,河南省必须吸纳"一带一路"战略和自贸区申报构建、"互联网+"深度渗透融合、绿色低碳、新兴智能技术等新元素,构建相关基础支撑产业、交通网络、物流联动、城镇化与生态环境等协调发展的高效、绿色、和谐、国际化的综合交通运输物流格局。并要坚持推进体制机制创新,从而形成河南构建现代综合交通运输体系打造区域物流中心的制度保障。During the 13th five-year-plan period, in the process of Henan constructing modern comprehensive transportation system and creating regional logistics center, historical and realistic constraints must be faced with, including imperfect transportation system, low level of logistics, uncoordinated traffic and logistics etc. At the same time, new elements must be absorbed including the One Belt and One Road strategy, Free Trade Zone application construction, Internet ＋ depth penetration fusion, green and low carbon development, and emerging intelligent technology etc. Efficient, green, harmonious, international traffic and logistics patterns must be built, which can balance the coordination development among transportation, logistics, related industries, urban and ecology. Innovation of system and mechanism should be insisted continuously in order to form system security in Henan constructing modern comprehensive transportation system and creating regional logistics center.
