范炳华教授从“颈”论治慢性咽炎的经验探析

摘　　要：[目的]探究范炳华教授从"颈"论治慢性咽炎的临床经验。[方法]从颈椎退变对咽部组织造成影响的角度,分析并整理范炳华教授从颈论治慢性咽喉炎的理论与方法。[结果]范炳华教授认为"症因相关",因此根据患者的颈椎退变程度对咽部的影响,提出了"颈源性咽炎"的观念,并且以"五区五线十三穴"推拿手法、颈椎定位扳法、颈椎拔伸法等方法调整由颈椎病变所引起的颈椎错缝、移位,达到治疗慢性咽炎的目的。[结论]范炳华教授从"颈"论治慢性咽炎的理论有较大创新,开拓了治疗慢性咽炎的新思路,对提高治疗效果具有现实意义,值得学习和推广。[Objective] To investigate professor Fan Binghua＇s clinical experience of treatment on chronic pharyngitis through cervical vertebra. [Method] Collate and analyse professor Fan Binghua＇s theory of the treatment of chronic pharyngitis through cervical vertebra. [Result] In clinic, professor Fan Binghua believes the theory of symptoms and causes associated. According to the influence of patient＇s cervical vertebra degeneration degree to the pharynx, professor Fan came up with the new concept of cervical causing pharyngitis. Through adjusting cervical vertebra position to treat this disease, it has good clinical effect. [Conclusion] Professor Fan Binghua＇s theory of the treatment of chronic pharyngitis through cervical vertebra has great innovation which opens up new ideas for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis and has practical significance of improving the therapeutic effect.
