温针配合磁疗治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合症疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察温针配合磁疗治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合症的临床疗效。[方法]将130例颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合症患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组65例。治疗组采用温针配合磁疗治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。[结果]经过3个疗程治疗,两组患者疼痛评分比治疗前均有下降,但是治疗组更加明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床治愈率为52.3%,总有效率为96.9%,对照组临床治愈率为26.1%,总有效率为84.6%,治疗组总有效率及治愈率均优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]温针配合磁疗治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。[Objective] To observe the temperature of magnetic therapy and needles tor the treatment ot temporomanchbular joint dysfunction synctrome clinical efficacy. [Methods] 130 patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group 65 cases and control group（n=65）. The treatment group with warm needle was magnetic therapy treatment,and the control group using drugs,two groups after 3 periods of treatment had curative effect evaluation by someone.[Resuhs] The treatment group clinical cure rate of 52.3% ,the total effective rate was 96.9% ;and control group in clinical cure rate of 26.1% ,the total effective rate was 84.6% ,treatment group total effective rate and the clinical cure rate were better than the control group;In the two groups of patients recovery treatment compared with curative effect,the treatment group in a period of treatment, two periods of treatment, cure rates were higher than control group after completion of the three courses,that warm needle with magnetic therapy can obviously shorten period of treatment for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome. The treatment group curative effect was superior to the control group, similar between the two groups, having statistical significance（P〈0.05 ）.[Conclusion] Temperature of magnetic therapy and needles for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome curative effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
