摘　　要：目的探讨应用持续护理质量改进记录本在提高护理质量中的效果。方法按照PDCA管理理念，科学设计了持续护理质量改进记录本，应用后进行各项质量指标评价。结果应用后的护理质量各指标评分均明显高于应用前，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论持续质量改进记录本的应用能提高护士综合素质和参与质量控制的主动性，提高护理质量和患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of tally book for continuous nursing quality improvement in improving nursing quality. Methods According to the management concept of PDCA, the tally book for continuous nursing quality improvement was scientific designed. The correlative nursing quality indicators were evaluated after the application of the tally book. Results The correlative nursing quality indicators were significantly higher after than before the application of the tally book for continuous nursing quality improvement, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of the tally book for continuous nursing quality improvement not only can improve comprehensive quality and subjective initiative for the nurses＇ quality control but also can improve the nursing quality and the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing care,
