摘 要:根据桥梁实际施工需要,悬臂翼缘板的二次浇筑施工具有普遍性,其钢吊架具有较广的适用性和较高的经济性,同时也使桥梁施工过程受力更加合理且快速简便,故该施工技术在桥梁施工中得以广泛应用。文章以某在建铁路工程为背景,总结了采用钢吊架进行翼缘板悬臂浇筑施工的工艺及使用安全事项。首先对钢吊架上部传递下来的荷载进行了分析,探讨了该结构的静力荷载工况。然后对其各个主要构件利用有限元分析软件建立吊架整体结构模型。根据钢吊架合理设置的边界条件,验算其强度与挠度等安全性能,对吊架的吊杆位置进行了对比分析。计算结果表明:吊杆位置越靠近已浇筑悬臂翼板端部,吊架的受力更合理,为推广使用此类钢吊架提供了参考依据。According to the needs of bridge construction, cantilever flange secondary casting is universal. For wider ap- plicability and higher economy, steel hanger is used widely in cantilever flange secondary casting, as well as it makes the bridge stress more reasonable and the construction more rapid and simple. Based on a project under construction, this paper summarizes the construction technology and safety notes of steel hanger using in flange plate cantilever casting. First, the load on the upper part of the steel hanger is analyzed, and static load conditions of the steel hanger are dis- cussed. Then every major component model of steel hanger is established a hanger overall structure model by finite ele- ment analysis software. Steel hanger is set reasonable boundary conditions by the results which are previously analyzed and calculated. After that its strength , deflection and safety performance are checked. And the paper makes contrastive analysis on the parameters of location of the booms. The result showed that the closer the location of the booms is to the end of casted cantilever flange, the more reasonable the stress of the hanger is, which provides some reference for using this kind of steel hanger safely in the future.
