摘　　要：占领以互联网技术为代表的新兴媒体阵地已经上升到国家意识形态,就业教育接受机制是借鉴解释学、教育学和心理学研究,结合高校大学生就业教育的实效性而提出的,通过分析媒体融合发展与就业教育接受的契合点,分别从就业教育接受机制运行过程中的信息传递阶段、反应择取阶段、整合内化阶段、外化践行阶段和反馈优化阶段分析,厘清媒体融合在不同阶段的影响,促进就业教育接受机制的实效性。Capture the emerging media position, which represented by Internet technique, has risen to national ideology. Employment education study of the mechanism is to learn from hermeneutics, pedagogy and psychology, combining the actual effect of college students＇ employment education is put forward. By analyzing conjunction point between media convergence development and employment education to accept, respectively in the employment education for running mechanism in the process of information transmission phase, reaction will pick, integration of internalization and externalization, practice and feedback optimization phase analysis to clarify the media convergence, the influence of different stages to promote employment education to accept the effect of mechanism.
