摘 要:旨在研究饲粮中添加复方中药超微粉对鸡蛋胆固醇含量及肝apo A-I、apo B基因mRNA表达的影响。选300日龄崇仁麻鸡90羽,随机分成2个组,每组3个重复,每个重复15羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮上添加1%复方中药超微粉(TCM)。试验期60 d。(结果)结果表明:与对照组比较,试验组第30、60天鸡蛋胆固醇含量和血清甘油三脂(TG)水平显著下降(P<0.05),肝载脂蛋白A-I(apo A-I)mRNA表达量显著上升(P<0.05);试验组第60天肝脏载脂蛋白B(apo B)mRNA表达量和血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著上升(P<0.05),血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结果显示:饲粮中添加TCM能够降低血脂水平和鸡蛋胆固醇含量,同时上调肝apo A-I、apo B基因mRNA表达量。( Objective) This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of ultra-fine traditional Chinese medicine compound( TCM) on cholesterol content of egg,expression of apo A-I mRNA and apo B mRNA in liver.( Method) A total of 90 Chongren chicken aged 300 days were assigned to 2 groups in a completely randomized design.Each group consisted of three replicates with fifteen layers per replicate. The control group layers were fed with a basal diet,the layers in the experimental group were fed with the basal diet added with1% TCM over a period of 60 days.( Result) Compared with the control group,serum TG levels and egg cholesterol content decreased( P〈0.05),the expression of apo A-I mRNA in liver elevated( P〈0. 05) with TCM on the 30 th day and 60 th day.The expression of apo B mRNA and serum HDL-C levels increased( P〈0.05) with TCM,while serum TC,LDL-C levels decreased( P〈0. 05),compared with the control group on the 60 th day.( Conclusion) The result indicated that dietary supplementation with TCM could be used to reduce egg cholesterol content and the level of serum lipid and increase the expression of apo A-I and apo B mRNA in liver.
