摘 要:目的:通过比较En Site系统与常规方法射频消融治疗右室流出道室性早搏,评估其有效性和安全性。方法:92例右室流出道室性早搏患者,其中常规组43例,在X线下常规标测和消融,En Site组49例,首先利用En Site系统构建右室流出道三维模型,然后行电解剖标测消融靶点,并用冷盐水灌注导管进行消融。比较两组X线曝光时间、靶点标测时间、手术总时间,消融成功率、随访观察疗效及并发症。结果:两组即时成功率两组无差别(P>0.05)。与常规组相比,En Site组X线曝光时间、靶点标测时间、手术总时间均明显缩短。两组术中无并发症发生。结论:两种方法消融治疗右室流出道室性早搏均有效,安全,但En Site系统能明显减少X线曝光时间、靶点标测时间和消融手术总时间。Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheterablation guided by conventional mapping and En Site system for premature ventricular beats originating from the right ventricular outflow tract. Methods: 92 patients with premature ventricular beats originating from the right ventricular outflow tract were enrolled into this study.43 patients who underwent conventional mapping and ablation were assigned as the control group; 49 patients who underwent saline-irrigated catheter ablation under the guide of En Site system as the En Site group. The fluoroscopic time,mapping time,the total procedure time and the success rate were compared between the conventional mapping group and EnSite group. The efficacy during follow- up was observed. Results: There was no significant difference with regard to the acute success rate between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Comparing with the control group,the fluoroscopic time,mapping time and the total procedure time shortened significantly in En Site group. No complications occurred. Conclusion: Two mapping methods are all safe and efficient for patients with premature ventricular beats originating from the right ventricular outflow tract. But En Site mapping can shorten fluoroscopic time,mapping time and the total procedure time of RFCA.
