前列地尔对2型糖尿病患者耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列地尔注射液治疗2型糖尿病患者耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:30例2型糖尿病合并耳鸣患者随机分为两组,两组均予以控制血糖、血压、血脂治疗,对照组13例接受甲钴胺治疗,研究组17例在对照组基础上加用前列地尔注射液,观察两组治疗有效率。结果:研究组总有效率为76.5%,显著高于对照组(30.8%),治疗过程中未发现不良反应。结论:前列地尔注射液治疗2型糖尿病患者耳鸣临床疗效显著,具有良好的安全性。Objective： To study the effect of lipo-prostagland in E1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with tinnitus.Methods： 30 cases of tinnitus patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group（ n = 13） and study group（ n = 17）. Both of the two groups were under the control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid. The control group was treated with Mecobalamin,and the study group was treated with lipo-prostagland in E1 on the basis of control group. Results： The total effective rate in study group was 76. 5% and was higher than that in control group（ 30. 8%）. There was no adverse effect or serious adverse effect during the treatment process. Conclusion： Lipo-prostagland in E1 has significant effect and good security for tinnitus patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
