摘　　要：高校"去行政化"问题不仅在我国教育界引起较大争议,在社会各界也引发广泛讨论。在我国现代大学制度的构建过程中,"去行政化"问题日益引起政府决策者的深入思考,显示出解决这一问题的必要性和重要性。从我国高校行政管理体制改革的视角,探讨"去行政化"与构建现代大学制度之间的内在联系,试图为我国构建现代大学制度提供一些思路和建议。＂University De-administration＂is not only caused considerable controversy in the field of education, but also trigged widespread discussion in society. In the process of building modern university system in China,＂University De-administration＂is increasingly causing deep reflection from government policy maker and showing the necessity and importance of resolving this issue.From the perspective of reform on university administration system in China, this article is intended to explore the intrinsic link between＂University De-administration＂and construction of modern university system, and try to provide some ideas and suggestions for modern university system in China.
