2009-2013年杭州市某区肠道门诊现况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解2009-2013年区肠道门诊现况及肠道传染病发病特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性流行病学统计分析,对2009-2013年肠道门诊接诊资料及法定传染病报告资料进行分析。结果:肠道门诊接诊总数及初诊数年平均接诊量分别为9 272.6例和8 477.6例,总体平稳;肠道门诊疾病谱中发病率最高的是其他感染病腹泻,年均发病率达373.79/10万,其次是菌痢(29.95/10万);5年间菌痢的发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=78.68,P<0.001),呈现逐年下降趋势;7、8月份是肠道传染病的发病高峰期;辖区肠道门诊运作总体良好。结论:在肠道传染病发病高峰期普及重点病种防控知识非常必要,合理设置肠道门诊数量、加强医务人员知识培训有助于提高肠道传染病防控工作效率。Objective To explore the status quo of enteric disease clinics and the characteristics of enteric infectious diseases in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City during the past five years,and to provide scientific evidences for disease prevention and control.Methods Data of outpatients in enteric disease clinics and information of notifiable diseases from2009 to 2013were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results Patient visits to enteric disease clinics were 9272.6persons with 8477.6persons of first visit annually.The case load was stable.Among the spectrum of infectious diseases in enteric disease clinics,other infectious diarrhea accounted for the highest incidence with a yearly incidence of 373.79 per hundred thousand,followed by bacillary dysentery（29.95/100 000）.The differences in the incidence of bacillary dysentery during the past five years were statistically significant（χ2=78.68,P〈0.001）,showing a downtrend year by year.The incidence peak of infectious diarrhea occurred in July and August.Enteric disease clinics in Gongshu District worked well.Conclusions It is necessary to popularize the knowledge for prevention and control of key enteric infectious diseases during the incidence peak periods.Setting up reasonable numbers of enteric disease clinics and strengthening the ability of medical professionals will contribute to improving the efficiency of enteric infectious diseases prevention and control.
