加味酸枣仁汤对美沙酮维持治疗者失眠的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨加味酸枣仁汤治疗美沙酮维持治疗受治者失眠的临床疗效。方法：将60例伴有失眠症状的美沙酮维持治疗受治者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组睡前口服阿普唑仑0.4~0.8mg/d,试验组在此基础上给予加味酸枣仁汤治疗,每付药煎成2袋,每袋150mL,口服,1袋/次,1d2次。疗程均为4周。结果：两组患者治疗前PSQI评分无统计学差异,而治疗4周后,两组患者均明显改善,但使用酸枣仁汤治疗试验组改善较为显著。结论：加味酸枣仁汤具有改善美沙酮维持治疗者失眠症状的作用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of insomnia in patients of methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）clinic.Methods：According to the MMT patients randomly 60 cases with insomnia were divided into 2groups,30 cases in each group,to simply accept Alprazolam tablets treatment in control group,combined with an Alprazolam tablets and Suanzaoren decoction treatment in test group,the two groups curative effect.Results：The two groups before treatment,sleep quality score（PSQI score）showed no significant difference,after treatment,test group with more sleep scale score improvement was the most significant.At the same time effect in the treatment of insomnia,also in the test group effect of the most significant.Conclusion：Suanzaoren decoction can effectively improve the MMT patients with insomnia disease.
