摘　　要：家庭档案资源是我国国家档案资源的组成部分,本文从国家档案资源建设的角度分析家庭档案资源建设面临的困境,思考新形势下如何加快推进家庭档案建设,提出通过优化顶层制度设计把家庭档案纳入国家档案资源体系建设中,并提出具体实施方法。Family archives resource is a part of the national archives resources in our country. This paper dedicates to discuss the plight of the family archives resources construction from the aspects of national archives resource construction, and how to accelerate the archives construction in new situation. Besides, this article also gets through optimizing the top-level system design, seeks the reasonable way that suitable for family archives resources construction, and discusses the family archives resources construction theoretically.
