摘 要:包虫病是一种严重影响畜牧业发展和危害人体健康的人畜共患寄生虫病,呈世界性分布。我国的21个省(市、自治区)均发现过此病,发病面积占全国总面积的86.9%,特别是西部的新疆、甘肃、宁夏、青海、西藏、四川、内蒙古等省(自治区)流行最为严重,造成了较大的经济损失。笔者从包虫病流行现状、对人畜的危害、传染途径及症状、农牧区防治现状及应采取的防治措施等方面进行了综述,以期对农牧区防治本病有所裨益。Hydatid disease is a kind of zoonotic parasitic diseases that seriously affects the development of animal husbandry and endangers human health,and has a worldwide distribution. Hydatid disease has been found in 21 provinces,cities,and autonomous regions in China,and its onset area accounts for 86. 9% of the total national area,especially its epidemic is much more serious in the west of China,including Xinjiang,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai,Xizang,Sichuan,Inner Mongolia,and other provinces or autonomous regions,causing greater economic losses. The author summarizes from epidemic status,hazards to animal husbandry and human health,route of transmission and symptoms,current situation and measures that should be taken in the prevention and control for agricultural and pastoral areas,and other aspects,with a view to have benefit for the prevention and control of hydatid disease in the agricultural and pastoral areas.
