摘  要:采用机械共混的方法将不同型号改性的凹凸棒土与丁腈橡胶混合,制备出性能优异的AT/NBR混炼胶。凸棒土最小结构单元是直径20~40 nm,长度500~5 000 nm的纳米单晶,单晶平行排列形成晶束,晶束又相互聚集形成各种聚集体,因此,从结构尺寸上来看,AT是高分子材料的理想补强剂。实验采用型号不同的凹凸棒土与丁腈橡胶混合和白炭黑与丁腈橡胶混合做比较,通过加入不同的份数来对其力学性能的测试。对于白炭黑作为填料,AT储量丰富,价格低廉,因而有很好的市场发展前景。可考虑用AT代替白炭黑,进而降低丁腈橡胶制品的成本。研究结果表明,型号R11凹凸棒土填充丁腈橡胶的补强效果好,当填充AT 40份时,AT/NBR混炼胶综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率分别达到5.59 MPa、20.47 KN/m和453%。因此,可考虑用AT代替白炭黑,进而降低丁腈橡胶制品的成本。最后得到最优配方:NBR 100,硫化23.5,填充补强40,防护1,软化2,其他15。In this study,the use of mechanic almethods of blending different types of modified attapulgite and nitrile rubber mix,prepared exc ellent performance of AT/ NBR rubber c ompound.Slugs soil structural unit is the smallest diameter of 20-40 nm,the length of the nano-crystal 500~5000 nm,and arranged to form a single crystal grain parallelbeam,crystal beam and together with each other to form various aggregates,the refore,from the structural point of view size,AT is a polymer material is preferably a re info rc ing a g e nt.Experiment with different models of attapulgite nitrile rubber and silic a mixed with nitrile rubber mix for comparison,by adding different parts to test their mechanic alproperties.For silic a as a filler,AT-rich,low prices,and thus have a good market prospects.AT can be considered instead of silic a,thereby reducing the c o st o f nitrile rubber products.The results show that the reinforcing effect model R11 attapulgite filled NBR good when filling AT 40 phr,AT/ NBR mix the best overall performance,tensile strength,tear strength,elongation at break rate 5.59 MPA,20.47KN/m and 453%,respectively.Therefore,consider using AT instead of silica,thereby reducing the cost of nitrile rubber products.Finally,the optimal formula:NBR 100,vulc anized23.5,filling reinforcement 40,a guard,softening 2,the other 15.
