摘 要:通过采用熔融共混的方法,将硅烷偶联剂KH-550,KH-560,KH-570、A-151和硅-69改性过的AT与丁苯橡胶(SBR-1502)复合,制备出性能优异的AT/SBR混炼胶,并对其力学性能测试。研究结果表明,硅-69对AT的改性效果最好,当填充AT 30份时,AT/SBR纳米复合材料综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率分别达到13.33 MPa,44.51 MPa和518.8%。此外,鉴于AT与白炭黑同为无机填料,本论文还研究了AT与白炭黑并用对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当AT与白炭黑并用比为1:1(20份/20份)时,与填充40份白炭黑的丁苯橡胶的复合材料力学性能相当。因此,可考虑用AT与白炭黑并用,部分代替白炭黑,进而降低丁苯橡胶制品的成本。By means of melt blending method, the silane coupling agent KH- 550, KH- 560, KH-570, A- 151 and Si- 69 modifi cation of AT and SBR- 1502 composite,the AT/SBR compound properties is excellent. The results show that the Si- 69 effects AT best, when fi lling AT 30, the AT/SBR nanocomposite comprehensive performance is best, the tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at failure respectively is 13.33 MPa, 44.51 MPa and 518.8%. In addition, in view of the AT for inorganic fi ller with white carbon black, this paper also studied the AT blend with white carbon black and the effect on the properties of composite materials. Results show that composite mechanical properties when the ratio of AT and white carbon black is 1:1(20/20), and 40 of white carbon black filled styrene-butadiene rubber are the same.As a result, can consider to use the AT and white carbon black part instead of white carbon black, thus reduce the cost of styrene-butadiene rubber products.
