摘  要:目的:比较GS切片染色套液与常规染色液在病理制片技术中的作用与效果,为病理制片寻找更为环保、健康的制片方法。方法:收集2000例病理切片标本,分成2组,每组1000例,分别用GS切片染色套液和常规染色液行H-E染色,观察制片效果。结果:使用G S切片染色套液和常规染色液制出的切片按照H-E染色质量评定标准,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);工作环境中,使用常规染色液空气质量相对较差。结论:GS切片染色套液可以代替常规染色液在病理制片技术中的应用。Objective To investigate more environmentally friendly and healthy staining methods, we compared the utility ofGS staining solution sets and the conventional staining solutions.Methods Total 2000 cases of specimens were selected and divided into 2 groups.Each group was stained with GS staining solution sets or conventional staining solutions for H&E staining.Results According to H&E staining quality assessment standards, the difference between two groups was not significant (P〉 0.05); air quality ofthe work environmentis relatively poor using conventional staining solutions.Conclusion GS staining solution sets can replace conventional staining solutions in the pathological techniques.
