关于AAPMTG18标准在医用显示器性能评价方面的探讨——以南京市妇幼保健院医学影像科为例

摘　　要：目的对当前医学成像系统显示器性能进行测定,评价其所显示的图像是否能够正确反映患者影像检查的真实情况,为医生能够调阅稳定的和一致性的医学图像提供依据。方法根据AAPM TG18提出的关于医学成像系统显示性能测试的指导标准,在2015年1月至7月,对笔者所在医院医学影像科中用于医学图像调阅的医用显示器进行3次性能测试。结果被检测的医用显示器的图像稳定性和一致性较好,其各项性能指标均符合AAPM TG18标准。结论医用显示器在数字医疗系统中是医学影像的最终呈现者,其图像显示的稳定性和一致性在医生进行软阅读中有重要作用,AAPM TG18标准能够对医用显示器性能的各个性能进行系统的评价,适合推广使用。Objective To test the performance of medical monitors used in medical imaging system and evaluate their display performances of demonstrating patients＇ condition, and provide basis of stable and consistent medical images for doctors. Methods In AAPM TG18 standards of medical imaging system display performance testing guidelines, medical monitors used for medical image display in Medical Imaging Department were tested three times from January to July in 2015. Results The display performances of the images showed good stability and consistency, and all indicators were in line with the AAPM TG18 stan- dards. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the medical display monitor are the final presentations in digital medical imaging system, which plays an important role in doctors＇ diagnostic reading with stability and consistency. AAPM TG 18 standards can be used for systematic testing of the performances of medical monitors, and it is suitable to be promoted for application.
