伊布利特转复心房颤动及扑动的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伊布利特转复心房颤动(AF)、心房扑动(AFL)的疗效及不良反应。方法选择发病持续时间少于90天的AF或AFL患者220例,使用伊布利特静脉注射,分析AF、AFL的转复效果及不良反应。结果AF180例,转复成功86例,转复率为47.8%,转复时间(68.12±22.37)min,转复剂量(1.79±0.39)mg,AFL40例,转复成功31例,转复率为77.5%,转复时间(50.12±24.37)min,转复剂量(1.43±0.54)mg,药物相关不良反应率32.7%,无死亡患者。结论伊布利特转复AFL成功率较高,转复AF的成功率较低,且出现的不良反应不少。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ibutilide for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation（AF） and atrial flutter（AFL） to sinus rhythm. Methods A total of 220 patients with AF/AFL duration less than 90 days were enrolled in this study, All patients were treated with ibutilide to analyze the efficacy and safety. Results AF were converted in 86 of 180 paients（47.8%） and 31 of 40 patients（77.5%） in AFL group were converted. AFL had a significantly fast converting time than AF group[（50.12±24.37）minvs （68. 12±22.37）mini. The rate of side- effects in AF/AFL group was 32.7%. Conclusion The rate of conversion for AF is higher,the rate of conversion for AFL is lower,and the rate of side-effects is not rare.
