辨体质与运用经方相结合治疗胃癌

摘　　要：中医体质与临床辨证施治结合越来越受到中医界的重视,将辨体质与运用经方相结合用于辨治胃癌是近年来临床关注的热点。辨体质与辨证在本质上具有一致性,辨证以辨体质为内在基础并且包含辨体质,辨体质使辨证更加快速准确。从辨体质与辨证相结合的角度,运用新加良附方可以改善阳虚血瘀型胃癌的证候表现。With the TCM constitutional theory being introduced into syndrome differentiation and treatment,a typical method of TCM clinical practice,the combination of constitution identification and application of classical prescriptions for gastric carcinoma has become the hot spot. Identification of constitution is the same substantially as differentiation of syndromes： syndrome differentiation is based on the constitution identification which is one part of the syndrome differentiation,and the constitution identification makes syndrome differentiation more efficiency and more accuracy. So,modified Liangfu Formula,a classical prescription,is applied to the gastric carcinoma patients with pattern of yang deficiency and blood stasis to alleviate their symptoms.
