摘  要:通过测试分析进口和国产碳纤维上浆剂的组成结构和乳液性能,进一步测试分析聚丙烯腈基碳纤维表面形貌、上浆量、直挺度和耐磨性等工艺性能,探讨了不同上浆剂对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维工艺性能的影响。结果表明:东丽T700SC-12K-50C碳纤维和采用国产X2型上浆剂上浆的碳纤维表面均匀、上浆量高、直挺度高;采用进口SA1型上浆剂和国产X1型上浆剂所上浆的碳纤维耐磨性高。Based on test and analysis of structure and emulsion properties of domestic and imported sizing agents,and further analysis of technological properties of sized PAN- based carbon fiber as surface topography,sizing amount,straight stiffness and abrasive resistance,the effects of different sizing agents on the process properties of PAN- based carbon fiber were discussed. The result showed that Toray T700SC- 12K- 50 C carbon fiber and domestic X3 sizing agent had superior properties on surface topography / sizing amount and straight stiffness,while imported SA1 sizing agent and domestic X1 sizing agent were good for abrasive resistance properties.
