摘  要:针对同一台高压交流电动机反复出现轴承故障的现象,分析阐述了交流电动机内外部轴电压产生的原因,由于轴电压构成的回路电阻很小,以致很小的轴电压便会产生很大的轴电流。根据轴电流对轴承破坏的共同特征,对轴电流造成轴承损伤的机理进行分析,结合电动机检修管理的实践经验,提出了轴电流的防止措施和设防建议措施。In view of the repeated bearing failures on the same high voltage AC motor,the causes for generation of shaft voltage inside and outside the AC motor were analyzed. As the electric resistance in the return circuit constituted by the shaft voltage,a small shaft voltage will produce a large shaft current. Considering the common characteristics of bearing damage caused by shaft current,the mechanism of bearing damage was analyzed. Prevention measures and fortification suggestions for shaft current were raised based on the above analysis and practical experiences in motor maintenance and management.
