摘  要:目的建立测定冰霜梅苏丸中龙脑、异龙脑、薄荷脑含量的气相色谱方法。方法以PEG-20M为固定相的毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)进行测定,以萘为内标,N:为载气,分流进样(分流比10:1),程序升温,进样口温度240℃,检测器温度250℃。结果薄荷脑、龙脑、异龙脑分别在13.00~104.00μg/ml、6.80-54.40μg/ml、5.40-43.20μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为97.90%、98.05%、97.77%,RSD分别为O.98%、1.53%、1.40%。结论本方法灵敏,准确,重复性好,可用于冰霜梅苏丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination ofborneol, isobomeol, menthol in Bingshuang-Meisu pill. Methods The capillary column PEG-20M(30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) was used, naphthalene was adopted as internal standard substances, split injection(split ratio 10:1), temperature programme, the injector temperature was 240 ~C, the detector temperature was 250 ℃. Results The linear response range of menthol, bomeol, isobomeol were 13.00-104.00 ~tg/ml, 6.80-54.40 μg/ml, 5.40-43.20 μg/ml and the average recovery were 97.90%, 98.05% and 97.77%, RSD were 0.98%, 1.53% and 1.40% respectively. Conclusion The method was highly sensitive, accurate, and repeatable. It can be an important method to control the standard of Bingshuang-Meisu pill.
