摘 要:目的调查内蒙古地区放疗资源现状,为优化资源配置和放疗技术科学发展提供参考依据。方法采用多种方式对设备、人员分配的不同情况进行调查和分析。结果截止2014年12月,内蒙古地区共在役30台医用电子直线加速器和1台60Co远距离治疗机。开展医用电子直线加速器放疗工作的单位有26家和60Co远距离放疗的1家;相关放疗医务人员(不包括部队系统医院放疗医务人员)共176人。结论放疗资源配置不尽均衡。普遍缺乏放疗医师、物理师和技师等相关技术人员,人才培养亟待加强。Objective To investigate radiotherapy resources in Inner Mongolia, and to provide reference for the resources allocation and subject development. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by on - side inspection to know the current status of distribution of radiotherapy institutions and radiotherapy facilities. Results There were 29 linear accelerators, ^60Coγ - ray teletherapy equipment in 27 hospitals up to the February 2012. Medical linear accelerator therapy were carried out in 26 hospitals,^60Coγ-ray teletherapy in 1 hospital. The number of professional personnel( nurses and personnel of 2 military hospitals) was 158. Conclusion Distribution of radiotherapy resources is imbalaneed. Hospitals are short of unineluding radiation oncologists, radiotherapy physicists and radiotherapy technologists. Training of the personnel should be strengthened.
