氯化锶(^(89)SrCl_2)治疗恶性肿瘤多发骨转移临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索氯化锶((^(89)SrCl_2))在恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移临床治疗领域的应用价值和有效性。方法观察我院76例恶性肿瘤且伴随多发骨转移的患者使用(^(89)SrCl_2)治疗的毒副反应、骨痛缓解率和影像学表现。结果毒副反应,治疗后7天,白细胞、血小板计数较治疗前的数值降低均小于20%,治疗后30天血液、骨髓毒性无明显差异。疼痛缓解率为71.1%(完全缓解12例,部分缓解42例);患者影像学复查结果总有效率达80.3%。结论(^(89)SrCl_2)在晚期恶性肿瘤伴多发骨转移患者的临床治疗中能显著改善患者的骨痛症状和生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical value and effectiveness of strontium chloride （^89SrCl2） in the treatment of malignant tumor with multiple bone metastasis. Methods The 76 cases of malignant tumor with multiple hone metastasis were observed in patients using ^89SrCl2 and the pain relief rate as well as the imaging manifestations. Results Adverse reactions were seen 7 days after the treatment. Blood cells and platelet count are 20% lower than those of before treatment. Blood 30 days after treatment, There was no difference in bolld and the bone marrow 30 days after treatment. The pain relief rate was 71.1% （ 12 cases complete response, partial response 42 cases） and the total effective rate was 80.3%. Conclusion The clinical use of ^89SrCl2 in patients advanced malignant tumor with multiple bone metastasis can significanthy relieve the symptom of pain and improve their life quality.
