古村镇居民旅游期望与影响感知对态度行为影响实证研究——以靖港古镇为例

摘　　要：旅游业的发展离不开居民的参与和支持。在借鉴已有的旅游地社区居民旅游发展期望与旅游影响感知对其旅游态度影响的模型研究基础上,以古镇型的旅游目的地靖港古镇为例,通过因子分析简化数据,利用公因子代替观测变量,将"旅游发展期望","旅游影响感知","居民态度行为"分为"旅游经济发展期望","旅游社会环境发展期望"、"旅游经济收益感知"、"旅游经济成本感知"等9个维度,构建靖港古镇居民旅游发展期望与旅游影响感知对其旅游态度行为模型,并进行多元回归分析,将9个影响因子进行显著性和偏相关系数比较,整合筛选形成"旅游经济发展期望"、"旅游社会环境期望"、"旅游收益感知"、"旅游成本感知"和"居民态度行为"行为5个变量,再次进入回归模型,深入探讨形成其模型的具体影响因子,同时也具体分析居民的类型和不同类型人口统计学特征。The development of tourism can not do without the participation and support from the residents.Based on the model research about the impact of their attitudes towards tourism from the existing tourist community residents,we take Jinggang ancient town as an example,simplify the data through factor analysis and use the common factor instead of variable,then we go a step further and divide the ＂ tourism development expectation＂, ＂tourism impact perception＂, ＂ behaviors of the residents ＇ attitude＂ into 9 dimensions such as ＂ expectations for tourism economic development＂, ＂ the expectations for social environment of tourism＂, ＂ the perception about the benefits from the tourism economy＂ and ＂ the perception about the cost of the tourism economy＂,and etc,so we construct tourism impact attitude behavior model,make multiple regression analysis and compare their significance and partial correlation coefficient to form ＂ expectations for economic development of tourism＂, ＂ expectations for the tourism social environment ＂, ＂ the perception about tourism income ＂, ＂ the cost awareness of tourism＂ and ＂ behaviors of the residents＇ attitudes＂,therefore again we go into the regression model. We discuss the specific impact factor of its model,as well as the specific analysis of the types of residents and the different types of demographic characteristics.
