子宫颈病变中SHh信号通路蛋白表达与高危型人类乳头状瘤病毒感染的关系探讨

摘  要:目的:研究Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路蛋白亚家族SHh与高危型人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)在女性宫颈病变中相互作用的机制。方法:选择进行子宫颈项目体检及就诊的女性180例,其中阴性宫颈上皮组织40例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)80例和宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)60例,应用免疫组化技术及HPV检测,并进行数据分析。结果:SHh信号各组表达为阳性以上者,SCC组96.7%,CINⅡ-Ⅲ组72.5%,CINⅠ组37.5%,正常组无表达。高危型HPV阳性检出率SCC组95.0%,CINⅡ-Ⅲ组52.5%,CINⅠ组27.5%,正常组5.0%。结论:宫颈病变类型中以CIN及宫颈癌SHh信号通路蛋白表达为主,且高危型HPV检出率高,SHh有望成为宫颈癌靶向治疗新靶点,高危型HPV检测已成为宫颈癌筛查及诊断中的重要项目。Objective: To study the Hedgehog( Hh) signaling pathway SHh proteins and the family type with high- risk human papilloma virus( HPV) in women interaction mechanism of cervical lesions. Methods: All 180 women with cervical examination were selected. 40 cases of negative cervical epithelial tissue,80 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) and60 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,using immunohistochemical technique and HPV detection,and data analysis. Results: SHh signaling between groups expressed as positive for SCC group above 96. 7%,CIN Ⅱ- Ⅲ group 72. 5%,CIN Ⅰgroup 3 7. 5 %,normal group without expression. High risk type HPV positive detection rate in each group for SCC group95. 0%,CIN Ⅱ- Ⅲ group 52. 5%,CIN Ⅰ group 27. 5%,5. 0% of normal group. Conclusion: Cervical lesion types in CIN and cervical cancer SHh signaling protein expression,and high risk type HPV detection rate is high,SHh is expected to become a new target cervical cancer targeted therapy,high- risk type HPV detection has become an important project in cervical cancer screening and diagnosis.
